4. Fees and Payments

Any applicable fees for using the Services will be disclosed during onboarding or prior to use. Outright Innovation LLC reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. You authorize the deduction of applicable fees from processed transactions where permitted by law.

All intellectual property associated with the Services, including software, branding, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by Outright Innovation LLC or its licensors.
